I also belonged to Matthias Corvinus<\/strong> who later gave me to the Archbishop of Esztergom<\/strong>, John Vit\u00e9z<\/strong>. I could feel it in my walls that it was not a good step. The archbishop planned a conspiracy<\/strong> against Matthias Corvinus, which he managed to suppress. Due to financial problems, Matthias surrendered me to the treasurer<\/strong>, Urban D\u00f3czy<\/strong>. A legend about the beautiful Selima and the lord of the castle. Selima<\/strong> was the daughter of the chief Turkish Captain who lived in Levice Castle. Birds on both continents chirped about her beauty<\/strong>. One day Selima decided to escape with her lover and they hid at Revi\u0161te Castle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Turkish commander got so angry that he challenged the lord of the castle to a duel<\/strong>. However, he knew that he would not have a chance to defeat the mighty man, so he had him poisoned<\/strong> before the fight. On that fateful day, the Turkish Captain came to the duel. A strange figure in knight’s armour<\/strong> stood in front of him. Hasan got scared and pulled out his sword. The knight fell to the ground dead<\/strong>. The Captain came to the knight, took off his helmet and tears of anguish appeared in his eyes. It was his beloved daughter Selima<\/strong> in knight\u00b4s clothing.
